Self-management Strategies for Arthritis, Fibromyalgia & Chronic Fatigue Syndrome      education

Usually given in the spring and fall seasons, this 10-week class explores complementary therapies for pain and stress management, including mindfulness meditation, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques.  The course is designed to help people better understand their arthritis, learn ways to cope with chronic pain and take a more proactive role in managing their arthritis.  Classes are held in the evenings, from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at 750 Dawson Avenue in Dorval.  Click here to view our activities flyer for specific dates and cost.
